Row 2: 4ch, 1 puff.st in 2nd tr/dc below, 1ch, 1 puff.st in h.tr / h.dc, 1ch, 1 puff.st in dc/sc, 1ch, * skip row below and work 1dc/sc + 3ch + 1dc/sc under the foundation ch, 1ch, work 1 puff.st + 1ch in each of the next dc/sc, h.tr/h.dc and tr/dc; rep from *, 1tr/dc in 3rd ch, turn.
