Crossed Ripple Crochet Stitch Photo Tutorial

Abbreviations:
- Ch(s): chain(s)
- St(s): stitch(es)
- Sc: single crochet
- Dc: double crochet
- FpDc: front post double crochet
Notes:
- Ch 2 does not count as stitch
- Keep Fpdc stitches loose
- Even rows are front
Instructions:
Ch multiple of 3
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across. Turn.
Row 2: Ch 2, dc in same st as ch 2, *skip 2 sts, dc in next, ch 1, dc in first skipped stitch. Repeat from * across. Dc in last. Turn.
Row 3: Ch 1, sc in same st as ch 1 and each st and ch-1 space across. Turn.
Row 4: Ch 2, dc in same st as ch 2, *skip 2 sts, dc in next, ch 1,
fpdc around dc directly below first skipped sc. This is the first stitch of the crossed double crochet from the previous even-numbered row
Repeat from * across. Dc in last. Turn.
Repeat rows 3 &4 until project is desired size. End on a row 3.
