It is not often that we think about cleaning our toothbrush. However, this is extremely important task to disinfect the toothbrush regularly. Soak your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide for roughly 3-5 minutes. Then rinse out thoroughly with hot water. Repeat weekly.

Wash your towels with hot water and 1 cup of white vinegar, (don’t use any detergents or fabric softeners).
