Crochet Basics: Fluffy Shell Stitch

Instructions
Foundation Chain: 12 + 2 chs
Row 1: skip 1ch, * 1dc/sc in next ch, 2ch, skip 5ch, shell in next ch:
yarn over, insert hook into st, yarn over, draw up a long loop. Repeat preceding step seven times.
Yarn over hook and draw yarn through first 2 loops on hook.
Yarn over hook and draw yarn through first 3 loops on hook. Repeat the preceding step 5 more times.
Yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.
Make 1dc/sc 7 times in each space between two loops under the ch. Work 2ch, skip 5ch; rep from *; make 1dc/sc in last ch, turn.
Row 2: make 4ch, yarn over, insert the hook into dc/sc below, yarn over, draw up a long loop. Repeat preceding step 3 times. Yarn over hook and draw yarn through first 2 loops on hook. Yarn over hook and draw yarn through first 3 loops on hook. Repeat the preceding step 1 more time. Yarn over and draw through all loops on hook. Make 1dc/sc 3 times in each space between two loops under the ch,
* make 2ch, skip 3dc/sc of shell below, 1dc/sc in next dc/sc od shell below, 2ch, 1 shell in dc/sc between shells; rep from *, 2ch, skip 3dc/sc of shell below, 1dc/sc in next dc/sc, 2ch.
Yarn over, insert the hook into last dc/sc below, yarn over, draw up a long loop. Repeat preceding step 3 times. Yarn over hook and draw yarn through first 2 loops on hook. Yarn over hook and draw yarn through first 3 loops on hook. Repeat the preceding step 1 more time. Yarn over and draw through all loops on hook. Make 1dc/sc 3 times in each space between two loops under the ch. Make 1 dtr/tr in same last dc/sc, turn.
Row 3: make 1ch, 1dc/sc in dtr/tr below, * 2ch, 1 shell in dc/sc between shells, make 2ch, skip 3dc/sc of shell below, 1dc/sc in next dc/sc; rep from *. Work last dc/sc in fourth ch and turn.
