Work tr/dc over 4dc/sc of second leaf: repeat instructions for first leaf (make 2tr/dc in fourth, third and second sts, 3tr/dc in first st; continue work on opposite side: make 2tr/dc in first, second, third and fourth sts.)

Work 1tr/dc in each of next 7dc/sc below; rep from *, 1tr/dc in last dc/sc below, turn.

Row 4: Make 1ch and 1dc/sc in first st, * 1dc/sc in each of next 7 tr/dc below, skip leaf, 1dc/sc in each of next 2 tr/dc below, skip leaf, 1dc/sc in each of next 6 tr/dc below, rep from* , 1dc/sc in third ch, turn.

Row 7: Make 3ch and skip first st, * 1tr/dc in each of next 7 dc/sc below, skip stem, 1tr/dc in each of next 8 dc/sc below; rep from *, 1tr/dc in last st, turn.

Row 8: Make 1ch, work 1dc/sc in each of next tr/dc below, 1dc/sc in third ch, turn. Row 9: Make 3ch, skip first st, work 1tr/dc in each of next dc/sc below, turn.
