With your 5mm / US H- 8 hook ch 27,
Row 1: Dc in the 3rd ch from the hook, dc across. <25 st>
Row 2: Ch 1, sc, [ch 4, skip 5, sc] across, turn.
Row 3: Ch 1, sl st, [(sc, ch 4, tr, dc, hdc, sc) in ch-space below, sl st in sc below] repeat across, turn.
Row 4: Ch 8 (counts as tr + ch-4), skip 5, [sc in 4th ch at top of next triangle, ch 4, skip 5] across, turn.
Row 5: Ch 2, dc, [5 dc in ch-space, dc] across, turn.
Repeat Row 2 to 5 twice. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
