Even Bobble Crochet Stitch Tutorial
The Even Bobble Stitch is made by making a group of half-finished double crochet stitches all in the same stitch. This creates a raised bobble on your project.
There are so many different variations for the bobble stitch. You can make them squished close together, offset, in fancy designs like a heart or letter of the alphabet, spaced apart, or with pretty much any stitch between rows.
Even with all the different configurations the general way to make a bobble stays the same. It is a dc5tog worked all in the same stitch. You’ll make the first half of 5 double crochets and finish them all simultaneously.
It is then anchored down with the next stitch, usually a single crochet. This forces the bobble to show on the front of your project. Bobbles are always made on wrong-side rows.
