Make 4ch and slt in fourth ch from hook. Make 4ch,

[ 1dc/sc in ring of 4ch, 3ch] – work 2 times, 1dc/sc in ring.

Work 1dc/sc + 6tr/dc + 1dc/sc in each space of 3ch.
