Turn first two loops in the opposite direction from each other. Repeat this step for next two loops of third row.

Pull the upper loops through the lower loops.

Turn two loops of next row in the opposite direction from each other and pull they through lower loops. Repeat this step until you have pulled all loops, then make finishing.

Finishing

The first finishing row is a row of right side of the pattern. So make the openwork part as usually, but for cable part work additional loop for connection:
