Instructions
6 Strand Forward Cable: Skip the next 3 stitches, work a fptr around each of the next 3 stitches, working in front of the 3 fptr just worked, work a fptr around each of the 3 skipped stitches (working from right to left as you normally work).
Pattern
Row 1: With your hook, ch 12, working into the back humps of the foundation chain, dc into the 3rd ch from your hook, dc in each ch across. Turn. (10 dc)
Row 2: Ch 1, hdc in the same st as ch 1, hdc in the next st,
Skip the next 3 stitches, work a fptr around the post of the next stitch.

Work a hdc in each of the 2 remaining stitches. Turn.
Row 3: Ch 1, hdc in the same st as ch-1, hdc in the next st, bpdc around each of the next 6 fptr, hdc in each of the 2 remaining sts. Turn.
Row 4: Ch 1, hdc in the same st as ch-1, hdc in the next st, fpdc around each of the next 6 bpdc. Turn.
Row 5: Ch 1, hdc in the same st as ch-1, hdc in the next st, work a 6 strand forward cable over the next 6 post sts, hdc in each of the remaining 2 sts. Turn.
