Instructions
Row 1
1. Start by chaining a multiple of three plus two. You will start working in the fifth chain from your hook.
2. So, make a single crochet in the fifth chain from your hook.
3. Skip one stitch and make a single crochet in the next stitch.
4. Chain three.
5. Make a single crochet in the next stitch.
6. Then repeat: skip one stitch, make a single crochet in the next stitch, chain three and make a single crochet in the next one.
7. Continue working in the same way until the end of the row.
8. At the end of the row, when you have three stitches left, skip one stitch and make a single crochet in the next one.
9. Chain two.
10. Then make a half double crochet in the last stitch.
Row 2
11. Chain four and turn your work around.
12. Make a single crochet in the chain two space.
13. Make a single crochet in the next chain three space.
14. Chain three.
15. Then make the second single crochet in the same chain three space.
16. Then repeat: in the next chain three space make a single crochet, chain three and make another single crochet.
17. Continue working in the same way until the end of the row.
18. At the end of the row make a single crochet in the turning chain space.
19. Chain two.
20. Make a half double crochet in the turning chain. For the rest of the pattern repeat row 2.
