Making a Strap for a Crochet Bag

1) Insert the strap into one of the gaps (ch-1 sp) from the outside of the bag to the inside.

3) Skip 3 ch-1 sp, insert the strap from the outside of the bag to the inside through the 4th ch-1 sp.
4) Repeat step 2.
