How to Crochet the Front Post Clusters Stitch Photo Tutorial
I love the texture of the Front Post Clusters crochet stitch pattern: it creates a subtle, gentle wave across the top of the fabric.
And it is wonderfully easy stitch to work. I would love to try this stitch in a crochet blanket.

Pattern Notes:
This stitch is worked in rows in this tutorial and it may be worked in one colour or many. I will be working this pattern in a solid colour.
To begin make a slip knot and make a foundation chain. For this stitch you will need a multiple of 5 + 1 stitches for your foundation chain.
For example, ch 31.
Front Post Clusters Crochet Pattern:
Row One: Sc in the 2nd ch from your hook and in each st across; Ch 3 (counts as a dc), turn.
Row Two: Dc in the next st and in each st across; Ch 3 (counts as a dc), turn.
Row Three: Dc in the 1st st, *CL over the next 3 sts, 2 dc in each of the next 2 sts; Rpt from * across until 4 sts remain, CL over the next 3 sts, 2 dc in the final st. Ch 3, turn.
Row Four: Dc in the next st and in each st across; Ch 3, turn.
And that’s it!
For the rest of the pattern simply repeat rows 3 and 4 for as long as your would like. Fasten off, weave in your ends.
